Back to school lunch sets with Mummycooks.com

I can not believe that the Summer is already over and it is time for back to school shopping. When I was a kid, going shopping for school supplies was one of my favorite things to do. Im not really sure why but I just loved it.

I started preparing for September in June just picking up bits and pieces and ticking them off the list. From sorting his school uniform, to his school bag and books etc. I like to be prepared and to feel organised.

Mummycooks.com sent Dylan the cutest lunch set and I have become obsessed with it. The lunch set combo includes a food flask and enough pots to lunch prep for the entire school week. This is perfect for staying on top of the hectic school term. Each set contains 20 reusable pots and lids in 4 sizes.

  • 1 x 300ml insulated flask ( 4 colour options to choose from)
  • 5 x 3oz/90ml – dips & sauces
  • 5 x 6oz/ 180ml – yoghurt, veg
  • 5 x 8oz/238ml – muffins, snacks, fruit
  • 5 x 16oz/480ml – sandwiches, stuffed pitta.

Dylanโ€™s diet is not very varied. This is quite common amongst children with Autism due to many different factors, one being sensory issues. These little pots will be great for keeping the food he does enjoy fresh. I plan to use these containers to cleverly introduce new foods into Dylan’s lunch this year.

The Food Flask
This food flask is great for keeping homemade meals hot or cold for up to 6 hours! It can hold anything from hot soups to cold smoothies, to pasta dishes, the options are endless. Which is great if you also have a fussy eater.

Dylan loved the stickers that came with the food flask to personalise it. We spelt out his name and he choose the cat sticker to pop on it.

  • Holds 300ml of food
  • Double-wall vacuum insulation helps retain temperature
  • Keeps food hot or cold for up to 6 hours
  • 89mm D x 118mm H
  • Extra-wide mouth for easy filling, serving & cleaning
  • Made of stainless steel and BPA free plastic
  • FREE Durable stickers to individualise your childโ€™s food flask.

All of Mummycooks Lunch Sets come with a FREE lunch bag. Dylan got the monster lunch bag. It folds up for easy storage and it is made from 100% recycled plastic bottles. It is also very easy to wipe down and to keep it clean.

I was really impressed with the whole Mummycooks.com website and how organized it was. It is so easy to find everything, making ordering very quick and stressfree. They even share healthy recipe ideas to pack for school lunches. I will definitely be trying out these delicious lunch recipes this year.

Thanks so much for stopping by. I hope everyone has a great school year.
