Shade adjusting drops €17.00 each
These little drops of magic appeared on my blog last year and have once again found themselfs in my makeup bag this year. I am an avid fake tanner, so these are a necessity for me. I love that I now only need one foundation regardless whether I am wearing tan or not. When I have tan on I simply add two of the darkening drops to my foundation to add a warmer tone to it . If I need my foundation a little lighter whether my tan is gradually fading or I’m not wearing fake tan, I simply add lightening drops to my foundation to help neutralise and lightening.
I also found these a great little trick to contouring. I apply the darkening shades to contour and the lightening drops to the area I want to highlight and then simply blend everything together with a beauty blender. Check out my blog post Here from last summer, with swatches showing just how light and dark these drops can make your foundation, without changing the consistency. I love that The Body Shop gives me the luxury of been able to personalize my own eyeshadow palette. I have a four shade palette (€25.00) and a eight shade palette.(€35.00) Whichever shades I am using more of I can simply pop them all into the one palette, and take out the ones I’m not using at the moment. Two new shades that have been added to my summer palette are this deep shimmery – Purple Topaz and my ultimate favourite matte copper – Atacama Desert. This is great for traveling, holidays or just keeping compact in my handbag. Shop eye shadow Here
