The ombré style has taken the beauty trend by storm in the past seasons, and Spring Summer 2017 is no different.

Catrice Cosmetics have launched their two tone lipstick. Each lipstick contains two complementing yet contrasting, colour intense shades.

This creamy formula is infused with Argan oil for satin finish that won’t dry out your lips.

I was very excited to get my hands on this latest product. I have been wearing shades :

  • Ombré Two Tone 040 Not Expired

  • Ombré Two Tone 020 Nude York City Style.

This lipstick collection come in a unique square shaped tube,a sleek glossy lipstick case. The diamond shape makes application super easy and precise. It is easy to apply a tidy lip with a bold color. As the lipstick itself is also angled in a diamond shape, this means when you apply the lipstick the top point actually traces the contour of your lips perfectly. The outside of your lip has an intense dark shade, while the inside of your lip remains with a light catching yet soft hue. The gradient between the two colors is what creates the ombré effect.

I often get asked what lipstick I would recommend to anyone that finds matte lipstick too drying? With Catrice two tone being infused with Argan oil, this makes it super moisturising and incredibly comfortable to wear. In my opinion it is not as long lasting as a matte lipstick but nor does it claim to be. This lipstick collection is such a fun way of introducing a flirty pop of colour to your makeup bag for the Summer 2017.

The new product is being introduced as part of their Spring/ Summer Collection and will also be apart of their permanent collection. Get luscious Spring lips with a little help from Catrice Cosmetics, available at Penneys stores and pharmacies nationwide now.
