Vavavoom held a Blogger style breakast event to launch their newest Spring\ Summer 2017 collection. The event was held in the Powerscourt Townhouse Center, Dublin. Vavavoom are known for their hot and on trend style, it was an event not to be missed. Stepping into the event room felt like I had just landed myself inside Vavavooms website. Rails of clothes filled the room, each item hung beautifully off a rose gold hanger. Marble fireplaces and tables occupied the room. The attention to detail was unwavering through out the event. The seasons hottest trends. From Pinstripes shirts, to Pink leather skirts to over sized denim coats were all at my finger tips.
We were greeted with a selection of coffees and teas along with an assortment of pastries. I was immensely enjoying the sneak peak of their much sought after Spring\Summer stock. We were asked to write down our three favorite pieces, as they would be sending us one of the pieces to kick start out Spring Summer wardrobe. This was such a fun idea, and got everyone chatting amongst each other. A topic every blogger in the room had in common and that was of course our love for FASHION!
The room was occupied by glamorous bloggers from all across Ireland. It was nice to meet some bloggers in person that I had become social media friends with for some time now. Women that I support and that also support me. I also had a fan girl moment meeting and chatting with one Irealnds leading bloggers Rosie Connolly Not only was she just as glamourous in real life but such a sweet and down to earth girl. TV3 Xpose were at the event with the ever so stylish Glenda Gilson hosting interviews. I resisted the urge to grab the Xpose microphone off Glenda for a selfie…. A girl can dream ahh some day.
The event finished with everyone being gifted an amazing goodie bags. It was filled with incredible products from the likes of :
- Powder N Pout
- Black Magic Tan
- Inglot lipstick
- SoSu Pro Blender
- Kardashian hair oil
- Choker – Vavavoom
- Fulfil protein bar
- Ballygowan sparkling water
- RSVP magazine
After a rocky start to the morning, missing my train by a couple of minutes and Dylan not sleeping well the night before – I took to the event with as little as an hour sleep. Attending events alone can feel a litttle dauting and yet exciting. I was so happy I made it in the end. Everyone I met on the day was so helpful and welcoming.
