I am delighted to have been asked to write a fitness piece for Cuckoo magazine. Fitness is something I am simply so passionate about. Whether it crops up in conversation, I find myself been able to talk about it non stop. Fitness has always played a major role in my life, starting at joining gymnastics at the age of five and competing as a gymnast for 10 years. I loved been able to share my fitness tips, how I stay motivated and meal preps with Cuckoo magazine.
